Contractors — before the bid

Need a building walked so you can quote it? We'll go, document every unit, photograph the nameplates and note the access, and send it back inside 48 hours. Half day or full day, flat rate.

Documentation only — we don't tag anything on a survey. It isn't your building yet.

We work for one bidder per project, first to engage. We don't sell equipment or service, so we're not quoting against you. Pre-bid surveys are data only — we don't tag equipment that isn't your client's yet.

Won the job? Add equipment documentation as a line item on your contract. We tag and build the register, you mark it up, and the owner gets a documented building at closeout. One year of record maintenance included, no ongoing commitment on your end.

On new construction it substitutes for the identification line you're already carrying. On service and retrofit work it's a straight add that makes your proposal harder to compete with.

Portfolios

If you manage several buildings or run maintenance contracts, there's portfolio pricing and a single annual renewal across the whole book. Tell us roughly how many buildings and we'll put numbers together.
